Detail Marks Certificates Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of detail marks certificates for examination and educational record purposes. Bids are invited through E-PADS from manufacturers, importers, authorized dealers, firms and suppliers registered with relevant tax authorities including KPRA and FBR and listed on the Active Taxpayers List. Procurement shall follow Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Bid security equal to 2 percent of total bid value is required through CDR or unconditional irrevocable bank guarantee. Electronic bid submission is mandatory and original bid security must be delivered before the deadline.
