Information Technology Electrical Equipment Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of information technology equipment and electrical items on lot-wise basis. Bids are invited from reputable firms registered with relevant authorities, income tax and sales tax departments and maintaining active taxpayer status. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure via EPADS. Bid security of 5 percent of estimated cost is mandatory in the form of CDR, bank draft or pay order in favor of the Secretary. Electronic submission through EPADS is mandatory and original bid security must be delivered before opening. Bid validity shall remain ninety days. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Ensure bid security is submitted before opening and all EPADS requirements are fulfilled.
