Procurement and supply of Pakistan Energy Label NEECA approved copper wound electric ceiling fans of 56 inch sweep including necessary cable, hardware, carriage, loading and unloading for various development projects. Total quantity is 1405 units. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Single Envelope bidding procedure. Eligible bidders are approved manufacturers, suppliers, authorized dealers and distributors registered with Buildings Research Station and EPADS. Estimated cost is Rs. 14,303,181 and earnest money equal to 5% amounting to Rs. 715,159 is required in the form of CDR, Bank Draft or Bank Guarantee. Original bid security and dealership authorization documents must be submitted before opening. Financial bids must include complete BOQ rates. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Ensure dealership authorization and original bid security are available before opening to prevent disqualification.
