Cycle Parking Stand Canteen Operations Tender Notice
Description
Auction for operation of cycle parking stand and tuck shop/canteen services for fiscal year 2026-27. The contract includes management of cycle parking facilities and provision of canteen and tuck shop services. Security deposit requirements are Rs.300,000 for the cycle parking stand and Rs.100,000 for the tuck shop/canteen. Tender fee is Rs.1,000 for each contract. Bidding documents may be obtained during office hours upon payment of the non-refundable fee. Contract period shall run until 30-06-2027 and may be extended for up to three months. Bidders must possess NTN and CNIC and provide supporting evidence with bid documents. Bidders are required to submit a CDR in favor of the Medical Superintendent, attested CNIC copy and an affidavit on Rs.100 stamp paper duly verified by an Oath Commissioner. All applicable taxes shall be borne by the contractor. Blacklisted or defaulting bidders are not eligible. The contractor shall ensure cleanliness of the parking stand and provide quality items at the canteen/tuck shop. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives. If the auction is unsuccessful on the first scheduled date, it will be re-auctioned on 22-06-2026.
