Music Society Room Renovation Equipment Supply Tender Notice
Description
Renovation and upgrading of a music society room including renovation of the existing room, lettering, painting, sound proofing, lighting works and supply of music equipment as specified in the bidding documents. Procurement shall be conducted through a single stage two envelope procedure requiring separate technical and financial proposals. Eligible bidders are required to provide firm information, establishment details, updated registration with PEC and other relevant bodies, details of similar works completed during the last five years with completion certificates, details of ongoing works, biodata of key personnel, plant and machinery details, litigation history if any and certificate of financial stability. A bid security of 1.5% of the bid value in the form of pay order or demand draft from a scheduled bank is mandatory. Bidding documents are available against a non-refundable fee of Rs. 10,000. Technical proposals will be opened in the presence of participating bidders while financial proposals will be opened after technical evaluation.
