Weapons And Ammunition Supply Contract Tender Notice
Description
Supply of operational equipment and related ammunition requirements under a long term procurement arrangement. Participation is restricted to licensed manufacturers, authorized dealers, suppliers and contractors possessing valid arms business licenses, NTN and Sales Tax registration and relevant experience. The contract period is three years subject to annual review, performance evaluation, quality assurance and mutual consent. Bidders must submit company profiles, licensing documentation, previous experience records and quoted rates. Rates shall remain valid for ninety days from bid opening. Procurement may be made in partial quantities according to operational requirements. Sample inspection, testing and security verification may be conducted before final approval.
