Description
Execution of multiple civil and maintenance works including refilling of fire extinguishers, provision and fixing of floor tiles, aluminum sliding windows, replacement of broken glass, polishing works in corridors, miscellaneous maintenance works and janitorial and cleaning services under annual rate running contract. Procurement through E-PADS under single stage single envelope procedure. Eligible bidders must possess valid PEC registration, NTN, GST registration and submit earnest money in the prescribed form along with undertaking regarding litigation and blacklist status.
