Procurement Of Detail Marks Certificates Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of Detail Marks Certificates (DMCs) through EPADS from manufacturers, importers, authorized dealers, companies, firms and suppliers registered with relevant tax authorities including FBR and KPRA where applicable. Procurement shall follow Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Bid security equal to 2% of total bid value is required. Bidders must submit electronic bids along with supporting documents through EPADS while original bid security in the form of CDR or unconditional bank guarantee must be submitted separately before the deadline. Eligibility criteria, specifications and evaluation requirements are contained in the bidding documents. Bids will be opened electronically in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives.
