University Campus Buildings And Infrastructure Works Tender Notice
Description
Construction of university infrastructure including - Academic Block III (Science Block) - Examination Block - Multi-Purpose Hall - Library - Cafeteria - External infrastructure works - External electrification works at a new university campus under a Higher Education Commission PSDP funded project. Procurement shall be conducted through E-PADS using Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. Eligible contractors must possess relevant PEC categories and specialization codes, valid Income Tax registration and valid KPRA registration. Bid security at 2% of engineer estimate is required in favour of the Treasurer. Additional security requirements apply for bids quoted more than 10% below engineer estimate. Tender processing fee of PKR 8,000 per package applies. Technical evaluation shall be based on experience, personnel, equipment, financial capability and statutory registrations. Financial bids of technically qualified bidders shall be opened later.
