Road Rehabilitation Infrastructure Improvement Works Tender Notice
Description
Construction, improvement, rehabilitation and widening of PCC and BTR infrastructure at multiple neighbourhood councils and village councils including Ibrahim Abad, Habib Abad, Larama, Pajaggi, Haryana, Takht Abad, Mamu Khatki, Kaniza and Jogani under Accelerated Sustainable Development Initiative ADP Scheme No. 251268 (2025-26). Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS using Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure on risk and cost basis. Eligible contractors must possess PEC Category C-5 or above and valid C&W enlistment. Bid security amounting to PKR 1,040,000 together with stamp duty and tender fee at 0.03% of estimated cost is mandatory. Financial bids shall be submitted electronically.
