Urban Beautification Street Improvement Works Tender Notice
Description
Execution of urban beautification and infrastructure improvement projects including model street upgradation through PCC and tuff tiling, rehabilitation and installation of street lights, installation of iron grills at road medians, beautification of parks, beautification of public squares, beautification of parking areas and related civic improvement works in Kohat City under Provincial ADP No. 950/251119 (2025-26). Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS using Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure. Eligible PEC registered and C&W enlisted contractors may participate. For electrical works, additional specialized PEC codes and regulatory registrations are mandatory. Bid security at 2% of estimated cost is required. Electronic bids and original call deposits must be submitted according to prescribed procedures. Bids remain valid for 90 days.
