Supply Installation Tube Well Machinery Tender Notice
Description
Supply and installation of new machinery for a proposed tube well. Electronic bids are invited under Single Stage Two Envelope E-Bidding procedure from eligible Pakistan Engineering Council licensed firms and contractors endorsed by PP&H Government of AJK in Category C-5 and above with specialization codes ME07 and EE10. Estimated cost is Rs. 15.870 million with bid security of Rs. 0.500 million. Eligible manufacturers, suppliers and authorized dealers registered with PEC, Sales Tax and Income Tax authorities for FY 2025-26 may participate. Bids shall be submitted on F.O.R District Mirpur Tehsil Dadyal Kashmir Colony basis including all applicable taxes and duties. Bidders must upload technical and financial bids electronically and submit hard copies of bid security, technical bids, financial bids and bidding documents within 48 hours after technical bid opening. Eligible bidders must have completed at least one similar contract valued at Rs. 20 million during the last three years. Affidavit regarding non-blacklisting and ongoing works is mandatory. Warranty shall be provided according to manufacturer guarantee requirements. Pre-delivery inspection will be conducted by the nominated purchase committee before supply. Complete technical data sheets and brochures must accompany the proposal. Site visits are mandatory before bid submission. Electronic bidding shall be on percentage above, below or at par basis. Blacklisted firms are not eligible to participate.
