Construction And Augmentation Of Storage Capacity Tender Notice
Description
Prequalification of constructors for construction and augmentation of storage capacity of a base godown. The project has an estimated cost of Rs. 365,892,410 and is open to contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-3 and above with specialization code CE-10. Applicants must have successfully completed at least two similar projects, each having a value of PKR 256 million or more during the last five years. In case of a joint venture, each member must possess at least one contract of the prescribed value. Applications for prequalification must be uploaded in PDF format through the E-Bidding dashboard and original signed and stamped hard copies along with all required documents must be submitted within two days after opening. Prospective bidders are required to obtain username and login credentials for participation in the electronic bidding system. Only firms prequalified through this process will be invited to bid. The employer reserves the right to accept or reject any application in accordance with AJK PPRA Rules.
