Chlorine Gas Water Treatment Plant Supply Tender Notice
Description
Supply and provision of chlorine gas for a water treatment plant at Makri Muzaffarabad. Electronic bids and sealed bids are invited under Single Stage Single Envelope E-Bidding procedure from eligible firms contractors suppliers registered with Inland Revenue Department AJ&K/FBR and having relevant departmental endorsement. Bidding shall be on percentage Above/Below/At Par basis. Bid security of Rs. 65,800 is required through designated bank accounts with proof of deposit uploaded online. Contractors quoting below 10% of engineering estimate shall submit additional bid security equal to the difference between engineering estimate and bid price. Interested bidders must upload required qualification and responsiveness documents including letter of bid affidavit regarding non-blacklisting and supporting records in PDF format. Remaining documents and original bank receipt along with signed bidding documents are to be submitted in hard copy within 48 hours after bid opening. Technical and financial requirements shall be evaluated in accordance with bidding documents. Blacklisted entities are ineligible. Bid opening shall be conducted electronically with participation of bidders or representatives.
