Construction improvement reconditioning and blacktopping of link roads in District Jhelum Valley including Package No. 12 comprising Link Road Qureshi Mohalla Naka Dhani Bandi Mohri length 0.50 Km and Link Road Lower Naina Mohalla Abdul Gafoor Khan length 0.50 Km total length 1.00 Km - Package No. 14 comprising Link Road Sharqi Pahul length 0.45 Km - Link Road Soka length 0.45 Km - Link Road Bakot length 0.45 Km total length 1.35 Km - Construction of damaged retaining wall on Link Road Saroopa Brigade Km No. 01 RD No. 9-10 - Construction of retaining wall on Gujjar Bandi to Mera Bakot Road Km No. 02 RD No. 11-12 - Construction of retaining wall on Link Road Khanda Bela - Construction of breast wall on Link Road Saroopa Morr to Jabdalla Km No. 01 RD No. 16-17. Electronic bidding is invited under Single Stage Single Envelope E-Bidding System from eligible PEC licensed contractors having endorsement in C&W Department AJ&K in the prescribed categories and specialization code CE-01. Bidding shall be on percentage Above Below At Par basis. Bid securities ranging from Rs. 0.008 million to Rs. 1.050 million are required according to the work package and must be deposited in designated divisional joint accounts with proof uploaded online. Contractors quoting below 10 percent of engineering estimates shall submit additional bid security equal to the difference between engineering estimate and bid price. Interested bidders shall upload letter of bid qualification and responsiveness documents in PDF format and submit original bank receipts signed bidding documents and remaining hard copies within 48 hours after opening. Blacklisted firms and firms involved in conflict or litigation with government authorities are not eligible.
