General Overhauling Government Vehicle Tender Notice
Description
General overhauling of Government Vehicle No. GLT-28. Sealed bids are invited under GB PPRA Rule 39(a) Single Stage One Envelope Procedure from well reputed and experienced contractors or firms having valid PEC registration renewed up to 30-06-2026 with relevant category and code. The estimated cost is Rs. 1.500 million and earnest money is Rs. 30,000 representing 2 percent of the estimated cost. Completion period is 30 days. Mandatory eligibility requirements include valid PEC registration for CFY 2025-26, relevant PEC category and code, CNIC of the bidder, enlistment with the procuring agency and copy of renewal fee receipt for 2025-26. Bidding documents shall only be issued to the owner of the supplier constructor contractor. Signature on all NIT pages is mandatory. Submission of fake incomplete or faulty quotations shall be rejected. Interested firms may obtain bidding documents from the office of the undersigned during office hours upon submission of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 2,000 through treasury receipt. Bids shall be submitted in sealed form and opened according to the prescribed schedule.
