Procurement Of Laboratory Consumables Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of laboratory consumables for healthcare and diagnostic operations. E-bids are invited from eligible bidders registered with income tax and sales tax authorities and appearing on the Active Taxpayer List. Procurement shall be conducted through single stage two envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The estimated cost is Rs. 20,824,559 and bidders are required to submit bid security equal to 2 percent of the estimated amount in the prescribed form in favor of Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center. Electronic bids shall be submitted through E-PADS while original bid security must be submitted physically before the submission deadline. Detailed specifications quantities evaluation methodology and bidding requirements are provided in the bidding documents. Bid validity shall remain 180 days from the opening date. Procurement shall be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.
