Revamping Upgradation Secondary Healthcare Facilities Tender Notice
Description
Revamping and upgradation of leftover and secondary healthcare facilities in District Gujrat under Group A and Group B packages including rehabilitation renovation improvement and associated building works. Procurement shall be conducted through PPRA E-Tendering System on item rate basis. Estimated costs are Rs.252.579 million and Rs.162.434 million respectively with earnest money at 5 percent of estimated cost. Contractors must upload CDR in favor of Executive Engineer Buildings Division Gujrat and submit original CDR before opening. Successful bidder shall furnish 10 percent performance guarantee within fifteen days. Bidders are required to quote rates against each BOQ item and complete all rate analysis summary and sub-summary pages. Incomplete financial bids shall be declared non-responsive. Bids shall be opened in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Ensure every BOQ entry and financial analysis page is completed because blank entries result in rejection.
