Supply Of Wheat Food Grade Grain Tender Notice
Description
Supply of food grade wheat (FAQ) free from dust and foreign matter with an estimated quantity of 56000 kilograms for the period up to 30-06-2026. Eligible bidders including flour mills, firms, companies and wholesale dealers registered with Sales Tax, Income Tax and EPADS may participate. Bids shall be submitted through EPADS using E-Procurement procedures. Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal along with bidding documents, call deposit receipt, bank statements of the previous three years, affidavit on stamp paper, work orders of relevant field experience, CNIC and all required supporting documents must be uploaded within the prescribed timeframe. Bid participation amount is Rs. 98000 against estimated cost of Rs. 4900000. Call deposit must be submitted before tender closing time otherwise the bid shall be disqualified. Wheat shall be supplied in 50 kilogram plastic bags bearing the supplier monogram and the empty bags shall not be returnable. Bid validity shall remain effective for 90 days. Successful bidder shall execute a written agreement within seven days of approval. Performance Guarantee equal to 2% of contract value shall be furnished under PPRA Rule 56. Supply shall conform to Pakistan Pure Food Rules 1965 as amended in 2011 and Punjab Pure Food Regulations 2018. Inspection and acceptance shall be mandatory before receipt of supplies. Technical and financial bids received through E-Procurement shall be opened on the prescribed opening schedule.
