Supply Of Ict Teaching Furniture And Sports Items Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of goods under the development sector for the financial year ending 30-06-2026 including - ICT equipment and teaching materials for Girls High School Tanjus and Gwal - sports equipment for Girls High School Tanjus and Gwal - furniture for Girls Model School Tolti Roundu - furniture for Public School and College Skardu. Eligible registered suppliers, firms and contractors may participate. Single stage one envelope bidding procedure shall be adopted and technical and financial proposals shall be submitted in one sealed envelope. Rates shall be quoted separately for each item while evaluation shall be conducted on a lot basis. Prices must include all taxes, transportation and delivery charges. All items shall be delivered to the respective schools. Incomplete bids or bids lacking specifications, quantities, manufacturer details or required documentation shall be rejected. Bid security equal to 2% of the total bid value in the form of call deposit from a scheduled bank or KCBL in favour of Deputy Director Education Skardu is mandatory. Successful bidder shall submit 10% performance security in the form of pay order within 10 days. Bidders must provide an affidavit on Rs. 50 stamp paper confirming that they are not blacklisted. Tender opening will be held at 11:30 AM on 17-06-2026 in the office of Deputy Director Education Skardu and authorized representatives may attend. Procurement shall be conducted in accordance with Gilgit Baltistan Public Procurement Rules 2012 as amended.
