Supply Of Furniture Science Equipment And Computers Tender Notice
Description
Procurement under development funds for financial year 2025-2026 including - furniture upgradation - science equipment - computer accessories - construction of examination hall at Boys High School Sher Qila - additional classrooms and science laboratory at Girls High School Sher Qila - construction works at Primary School Hoochal and additional rooms at Middle School Sher Qila. Bidding shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope System with separate sealed Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal. Eligible government registered firms, contractors and general suppliers shall submit quotations along with renewed registration, five years performance record, bank statement and complete address details. Technical proposals will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives while financial proposals will only be opened for technically qualified bidders. Bid security equal to 2% of the total item value is required. Successful bidder shall provide 10% performance security before issuance of supply order. Samples of required items must be approved by the inspection committee before supply. Successful bidder shall complete supply within two weeks and deliver all items to the respective schools. Bidders must have a showroom in Gahkuch headquarters. Blacklisted firms or firms having outstanding liabilities with the education department are not eligible. Procurement shall be subject to PPRA Rules and the competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all tenders.
