Auction Of Shrine Services Supplies And Facilities Tender Notice

Auction and contracting of shrine-related services and facilities for financial year 2026-2027 including - ration supply for Darbar Pehli Sarkar and Darbar Pir Muhammad Ali Shah Kahori - LPG gas supply - management of sacrificial goats, poultry and related items at Darbar Sharif Saheli Sarkar - supply and management of ceremonial sheets (chadars) - cooking of ceremonial food in large cauldrons - overall administration and management of shrine facilities and associated premises - management of washrooms - footwear custody services - vehicle parking operations and other shrine-related services. Bidding shall be conducted under Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Only tax registered State Subject holders of Azad Jammu and Kashmir fulfilling the prescribed conditions may participate. Call deposit in favour of Chief Administrator Auqaf is mandatory according to the specified amount for each contract. Blacklisted or defaulting contractors are ineligible and previous contractors must provide verification and affidavit confirming non-default status. Successful bidders shall furnish 10% performance guarantee as required under the applicable contracting rules. Monthly payments or monthly installments with applicable taxes shall be made according to the respective contract terms. Tender forms are available against payment of Rs. 500. Tenders received by post shall be accepted only if received within the prescribed time. All tenders shall be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
