Bulk Purchase Of General Store Items Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for annual bulk purchase of general store items for financial year 2027-2028. Reputed manufacturers, importers, distributors and firms may participate through the E-PADS e-procurement system. Procurement shall be conducted under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. Bidding documents and complete terms and conditions are available free of cost through E-PADS and PPRA Punjab websites. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and other applicable tax authorities. An affidavit must be submitted confirming that the bidder and its representatives are not blacklisted by the procuring entity or PPRA and have no conflict of interest. Bid security in the form of call deposit equal to 2% of the estimated cost is mandatory. The estimated procurement cost is Rs. 279073499. Technical bids shall be opened in accordance with the prescribed schedule. The procuring authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids under applicable procurement rules and may provide reasons upon request.
