Supply Installation Configuration It Equipment Tender Notice
Description
Supply, installation and configuration of IT equipment for LEJNSIC under the project for upgradation and uplifting of existing facilities and foreign scholars lodges. Procurement is invited through EPADS on FOR basis using Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Vendors and suppliers must be registered with Sindh Revenue Board and Income Tax Department where applicable. Bidding documents may be obtained or downloaded through EPADS and designated websites. Signed and stamped bids along with supporting documents and earnest money must be submitted electronically through EPADS. Original bid security pay order must be submitted before the bid submission deadline. Tender fee of Rs. 1,000 is non-refundable and deposit proof must accompany the bid. Earnest money equivalent to 2% of the bid value is required in the form of pay order. Alternate bids must be accompanied by separate earnest money pay orders. Procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under applicable procurement rules. Bid opening is scheduled at 12:00 Noon on 23.06.2026. Pro Tip: Ensure all bid documents are properly signed, stamped, uploaded through EPADS and supported by original financial instruments and deposit evidence.
