Network Infrastructure Data Center Cafeteria Services Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of active and passive network infrastructure, data center upgradation, distribution switches and strengthening of wireless LAN facilities; purchase of offset paper and computer and photocopier paper; outsourcing of main cafeteria services and boys hostel canteen services. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bidders must be registered with relevant authorities for Income Tax and Sales Tax and possess active taxpayer status. Technical bids must be accompanied by 2% bid security in the form of CDR, demand draft or pay order. Bids are to be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement system and will be opened at 01:30 PM on the closing date. Pro Tip: Submit the required bid security in the prescribed form and ensure compliance with package or lot-wise requirements.
