Solar Energy Generator It Equipment Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of a 50 kW grid-tied solar energy system, supply fabrication construction and installation of tensile fiber sheds and rooftop rooms, procurement of 50 KVA generator including installation testing and commissioning, and procurement of IT equipment for establishment of a program management unit. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure using EPADS. Bidders must be registered with FBR, PRA and PPRA e-procurement systems. Bid security equal to 5% of estimated cost is required for each lot in the form of CDR, bank guarantee, demand draft or pay order. Original bid security must be physically submitted before bid submission deadline. Only technically responsive bidders shall qualify for opening of financial bids. Bid validity is 120 days. Pro Tip: Submit both electronic and original bid security documents before the deadline and ensure uploaded files are readable and virus free.
