Lease Rent Commercial Properties Tender Notice
Description
Lease and rent of multiple commercial properties located in Lahore, Karachi, Muzaffarabad, Dera Ismail Khan and Islamabad. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Single Envelope procedure using EPADS 2.0. Award shall be made to eligible and responsive bidders offering the highest compliant rental proposal. Bidding documents contain eligibility criteria, property details, financial proposal requirements and tenancy conditions. Bid security is required as prescribed in the bidding documents. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS and opened on the same day. Pro Tip: Review property specific requirements and submit a complete financial proposal with required bid security.
