Rehabilitation Of Municipal Roads Tender Notice
Description
Rehabilitation of roads under municipal infrastructure development works for the financial year 2025-26 on MRS 1st Bi Annual 2026 basis. Bidding shall be conducted through EPADS and eligible bidders must possess valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in the relevant category and be registered with Punjab PPRA. Contractors shall quote rates against each BOQ item and fully complete all rate analysis and summary pages. Earnest money equal to 5% of the estimated cost shall be submitted in the form of CDR with original instrument deposited before bid opening. Manual submissions are not allowed and bids shall be opened in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee. Current PPRA rules shall apply and incomplete or non-responsive bids shall be rejected. Pro Tip: Verify EPADS registration and submit complete financial documentation to avoid disqualification.
