Construction Midwifery School Facilities Tender Notice
Description
Construction and establishment works for a School for Midwifery at DHDCs and selected THQ Hospitals in Sahiwal. Bidding shall be conducted through PPRA E-Tendering System and eligible contractors must possess valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration for the financial year 2025-26 and registration on Punjab PPRA portal. Earnest money amounting to 5% of the estimate cost shall be submitted through CDR along with required documents. Bidders must quote rates against each BOQ item and submit complete financial bid documentation. Performance guarantee equal to 10% of contract value shall be required from the successful bidder. Bid opening shall be conducted in the presence of contractors and incomplete, fake or non-responsive bids shall be rejected under PPRA rules. Pro Tip: Carefully complete all DNIT, BOQ and rate analysis documents before uploading the bid.
