Muharram Arrangements Municipal Works Tender Notice
Description
Execution of arrangements related to Muharram Ul Harram 2026 within municipal limits including associated municipal works and service arrangements. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Single Envelope procedure via E-PADS. Eligible contractors must possess valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration and submit bid security in the form of CDR or Pay Order. Bids shall be submitted electronically and opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Successful bidder shall furnish performance guarantee equal to 10% of estimated cost and execute agreement within the prescribed period. Incomplete, forged or non-responsive bids shall be rejected under PPRA Rules 2014. Pro Tip: Upload scanned bid security and submit original CDR before the deadline to maintain bid responsiveness.
