Establishment and construction of a Public Health Nursing School at designated healthcare facilities in Sargodha. Procurement shall be conducted through PPRA E-Tendering System on item rate basis. Eligible engineering firms and contractors must possess valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in the relevant category and be registered on Punjab PPRA EPADS. Earnest money equal to 5% of the estimated cost shall be submitted through Call Deposit Receipt in favor of the Executive Engineer Buildings Division Sargodha. Bidders must quote rates against each BOQ item and fully complete all rate analysis, summary and sub-summary pages. Original CDR shall be submitted before bid opening and successful bidder shall furnish a 10% performance guarantee within 15 days. Bid opening shall take place in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee. Pro Tip: Ensure all financial schedules and supporting documents are completed to avoid classification as a non-responsive bid.
