Procurement Of Desktop Computer Systems Tender Notice
Description
Procurement, supply, installation and related services for desktop computer systems to selected schools where Matric Tech in ICT has been introduced. The procurement includes 340 desktop computer systems supplied by authorized local partners of internationally reputed OEMs. Bidding shall be conducted through e-PADS under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Eligible bidders must possess registrations with relevant tax authorities and regulatory bodies. Bid security in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Pay Order or Demand Draft is required in favor of the Chief Executive Officer. Electronic bid submission and opening shall be conducted through e-PADS. The procuring agency may adjust quantities prior to issuance of supply and work orders according to available funds. Pro Tip: Submit OEM authorizations and all required tax registrations with the technical proposal to strengthen bid compliance.
