Description
Improvement and rehabilitation of multiple carpet roads including routes from Sharoana Pull to Nankana More, Kalama Chowk to Lahore More via Fawara Chowk, Nankana More to Islampura, Islampura to Lakkar Mandi Chowk via Benazir Park, Fawara Chowk to Water Works, 40 More to Link Benazir Park Road and Link Lahore More, Main Bazar Islampura and Main Bazar Faizan Medina Housing Society. Procurement shall be conducted through PPRA E-Tendering System. Eligible contractors must possess valid PEC registration and Punjab PPRA registration. Bid security in the form of CDR equal to 5% of estimated cost is mandatory and successful bidders shall provide a 10% performance guarantee. Contractors must quote item rates rather than percentages and execute works through approved mechanized methods where specified.
