Auction Of Toll Tax Collection Rights Tender Notice
Description
Auction and grant of rights for collection of toll tax at Khanki Barrage for the financial year 2026-27. Successful bidder shall obtain toll tax collection rights for the period ending 30 June 2027 subject to approval by the competent authority. Reserve price is fixed at Rs. 5,226,800 excluding applicable taxes. Eligible participants shall submit earnest money equal to 5% of the reserve amount through deposit call along with required identification, partnership and authorization documents. Successful bidder shall provide bank guarantee equal to 10% of total bid amount valid up to 30 September 2027 and execute a formal agreement. Toll collection, operational arrangements, utility expenses and compliance with government notifications shall remain the responsibility of the contractor.
