Description
Procurement, supply, installation and commissioning of information technology equipment for sub-offices including laptop for data management and software maintenance - standard laptops - desktop PCs - monochrome laser printers - multi-function printers - photocopier machines - biometric readers and USB fingerprint scanners - professional book scanners - 75 inch and 85 inch smart LED displays - 75 inch and 85 inch interactive flat panel displays - interactive video wall measuring 14x8 feet - server for district nerve center - external hard drives with minimum 2 TB capacity - CISCO networking switch and wireless networking equipment - CCTV system - UPS power backup system - DSLR or mirrorless camera - 1.5 ton inverter split air conditioners. Procurement shall be conducted under KP-PPRA Rules 2014. Eligible firms and companies must be registered with relevant tax authorities and submit sealed bids through registered courier service. Bid security equal to 2% of the total bid value in the form of CDR in favor of the Deputy Commissioner is mandatory. Applicable government taxes, duties and levies shall apply.
