Supply Sanitation Machinery Vehicles Tender Notice
Description
Supply of sanitation machinery including 2 tractors of 85 HP with front loader backhoe, 6 tractors of 65 HP with hydraulic trolleys and 5 mini tippers as per standard specifications. Quotations are invited from manufacturers and authorized dealers through EPAD system. Bidders must possess active FBR, Income Tax and Sales Tax registrations and submit relevant tax documents. Earnest money equal to 2% of bid value in the form of call deposit is mandatory. Successful bidder shall supply the equipment within 30 days of issuance of supply order. Procurement shall be carried out according to KPPRA rules and quality standards determined by the procurement committee. Pro Tip: Attach all tax registration documents and bid security instruments with the quotation to avoid disqualification.
