Operation Management Restaurant Facility Tender Notice
Description
License agreement for running operating and managing a restaurant facility covering approximately 400 square yards covered area and 500 square yards open area on monthly rent basis. Tender documents may be obtained on working days between 0900-1400 hours upon payment of non-refundable tender fee of Rs.5,000. Bid validity shall remain 60 days after opening. Bids must be accompanied by refundable bid security of Rs.25,000 in the form of Bank Draft or Pay Order. Interested bidders may visit the site before submitting bids. Technical profile and financial bids are required in separate envelopes. Bids will be opened at 1100 hours in the presence of representatives of participating firms. Eligibility requires experienced financially sound and technically sound parties with experience of running a restaurant.
