Framework Contract Hospital Supplies Equipment Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for financial year 2026-27 covering procurement of medicines surgical items disposables emergency supplies dialysis medicines consumables pathology laboratory items reagent kits general store items printing items stationery items X-ray films chemicals dental materials dental instruments medical gases bedding and linen items. Bidding shall be conducted through E-Procurement Open Competitive Bidding using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Separate bidding documents are required for each lot. Bids must be uploaded through EPADS and accompanied by bid security equal to 2 percent of estimated cost valid for 180 days in the form of CDR Pay Order Demand Draft or Bankers Cheque. Original bid security must be submitted before the closing date and time. Only registered income tax GST and PST filer firms partnerships sole proprietors and companies are eligible. Active NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates are mandatory. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives. Conditional unsigned incomplete overwritten or doubtful bids shall be rejected.
