Hiring Security Guard Services Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of security agency services and security guards through manpower outsourcing arrangements. Bidding shall be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules. Interested firms companies and service providers must demonstrate technical financial and managerial capabilities. Estimated cost is Rs.5,760,000 and bid security is 2 percent of estimated cost amounting to Rs.115,200 in the form of Pay Order CDR or Bank Guarantee. Technical and financial bids are required to be uploaded on E-PADS along with qualification documents. Original bid security must be submitted physically before closing time. NTN Active Sales Tax Provincial Sales Tax and Income Tax registration certificates are mandatory. Bids will be opened in the presence of the procurement committee and authorized representatives of bidders.
