Recruitment Support Services Banking Executives Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of HR and professional recruitment firm for recruitment support services for C-Suite and key executive positions including sourcing, screening, assessment, verification, candidate longlisting, shortlisting, interview support, reference checks, background verification, assistance in Fit and Proper Test documentation and submission of recommendations. Eligibility includes experience in executive search, banking recruitment, financial sector recruitment, HR advisory, talent assessment and recruitment of senior management personnel. Firms must be registered with relevant tax and regulatory authorities, be on the Active Taxpayer List and not be blacklisted. Procurement shall follow Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Technical and financial proposals shall be submitted online through BPPRA e-procurement system. Financial proposals of only technically qualified firms will be opened. Tender opening will be held on the same day at 12:30 PM.
