Reconstruction Streets Drains Culverts Solarization Works Tender Notice
Description
Execution of development works including reconstruction of mosque facilities, PCC streets, drains, culverts and causeway, solarization of mosques at VC Tor Chapri, and solarization of two existing tube wells located at public parks. Procurement is based on MRS-2025 under single stage single envelope procedure through EPADS. Eligible bidders must be enlisted with Local Council Board and KPPRA for the year 2025-26 and registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority. Mandatory requirements include bid security, additional security where applicable, BOQ, enlistment documents, NTN, PEC license, active KPPRA registration and specialized electrical and mechanical registrations for solarization works. Bids must be submitted electronically and original securities delivered before bid closing. Evaluation shall follow the above/below system under Market Rate System 2025.
