Supply Fabrication Solid Waste Machinery Tender Notice
Description
Supply and fabrication of solid waste machinery including front end loader and back hoe complete in all respects quantity 01, mini tipper with capacity 1-1.5 cubic meter complete in all respects quantity 03, and tractor trolley complete in all respects quantity 03. Procurement is invited from well reputed and experienced manufacturers, fabricators, suppliers and firms possessing NTN, GST, valid renewed PEC registration and 3S facility including sale, service and spare parts in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The chassis shall be supplied by the procuring entity. Bidding shall be conducted through EPADS under single stage two envelope method comprising technical and financial proposals. E-bids must be uploaded electronically before the prescribed deadline and technical bids shall be opened on the same day. Original bid security equal to 2% of total bid price in the shape of CDR is mandatory. Financial bids of technically responsive bidders shall be opened subsequently after technical evaluation. Rates shall be quoted on FOR basis including delivery. Successful bidder shall provide complete operational training to staff. Incomplete, conditional, late or manual bids shall not be entertained. Purchase order shall be subject to release of funds. All applicable taxes and duties shall apply.
