Supply Electric Buses Charging Equipment Tender Notice
Description
Supply of electric buses along with electric chargers for feeder routes of green bus services in Quetta. Procurement shall be conducted under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 through Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Only electronic bids are permitted and no physical bids shall be accepted. Bidders must have completed at least two assignments of similar nature and complexity valued at 400,000,000 PKR during the previous three years, possess turnover of at least 100,000,000 PKR in three consecutive previous years, be listed on the Active Taxpayer List, hold Sales Tax registration and relevant ISO certification. Joint ventures are permissible. Bid security equal to 2% of bid value must be submitted in the form of bank guarantee or deposit at call from a scheduled bank. Tender documents may be obtained and viewed electronically. Bids must be submitted electronically through the supplier dashboard and will be opened on the same day through the EPPS system.
