Construction And Solar Infrastructure Development Works Tender Notice
Description
Execution of development works including construction of entry gate, installation of energy efficient solar street lights in different areas of Lower Kohistan, construction of waiting sheds, RCC structures and dust bin containers, tourist facilitation sign boards and multiple monuments. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure using EPADS. Eligible contractors must possess valid PEC registration, Local Council Board enlistment, KPRA and FBR registration and relevant experience. For solarization works, mandatory PEC codes include CE10, EE03, EE04, EE06 and EE11. Technical and financial bids are required in both electronic and physical formats. Bid security of 2 percent in the form of call deposit is mandatory. Technical evaluation shall be based on pass and fail criteria covering experience, financial capability, technical personnel, equipment and managerial capacity.
