Hiring Of Event Security Food And Logistics Services Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of CCTV cameras - walk through gates - LED displays - establishment of Ramzan Bazar 2026-2027 - supply of food items during flood monsoon season or other emergency events - repatriation support for Afghan nationals - provision of panaflex materials - tentage - generators - catering services - transportation and related event support services for public events during financial year 2026-2027. Procurement will be conducted through EPADS under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bidders may participate in one or more categories. Firms must be registered with Federal Board of Revenue for income tax and sales tax purposes with active taxpayer profile. Technical proposal must include bid security equal to 2 percent of estimated cost. Successful bidder shall furnish performance guarantee equal to 5 percent of contract value. Online bids must be submitted through EPADS only. Manual bids will not be accepted. Rates will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM. Incomplete, unsigned, unstamped, late or unsecured bids shall be rejected.
