Water Supply Tubewells Installation Replacement Tender Notice

Description

Replacement and installation of 02-CFS capacity tubewell at Nadia Ghee Mill Lahore and installation of new tubewell at UC-52 Lahore. Procurement is open to contractors firms and companies registered on e-PADS with valid PEC registration and required specialization codes. Bidding shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Electronic bids must be submitted through e-PADS only. Hard copy bids shall not be accepted. Bid security equal to 3 percent of estimated cost is mandatory and original instruments must be submitted before bid closing time. Only technically responsive bidders shall qualify for opening of financial bids. Bids shall remain valid for 120 days. Conditional bids will not be accepted. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Contractors should verify PEC eligibility, upload complete PDF bid documents and submit original bid security before the deadline.
