Description
Outsourcing operations for Gandhara Heritage and Citizens Club F-9 under an Operate Maintain and Transfer arrangement. Electronic bids are invited from reputed firms through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under PPRA Rule 36(b). Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS and accompanied by bid security of PKR 2,000,000 in the form of pay order or CDR.
