Coffee Outlet Establishment Operation Tender Notice
Description
Expression of Interest for establishment, operation and management of a high quality modern kiosk or small container based coffee outlet and café at the paddle court site. The selected operator shall establish and manage a premium coffee outlet offering healthy drinks, snacks and quick customer service for players and visitors. Proposals are invited from renowned and established café and coffee outlet operators having relevant operational experience, technical competence and financial capability. Detailed scope of services, eligibility and qualification criteria are available in the EOI documents. Expressions of Interest must be submitted electronically through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System. EOI proposals will be opened in the presence of interested participants. Proposals shall remain valid for 120 days from submission. Procuring agency reserves the right to reject all EOI proposals under applicable procurement rules. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Interested operators should demonstrate proven café management experience, financial strength and operational capability in their submissions.
