Solar Powered Water Supply Rehabilitation Works Tender Notice
Description
Construction and rehabilitation works including solar based pumping plants at VC Sheikhan Payan Bala Karakhel Mashokhel Mushtarzai Alizai Utmanzai and Sangu along with rehabilitation of water supply scheme Achini Bala under ADP No. 251268. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure requiring separate technical and financial bids. Bidders shall upload technical and financial bids through EPADS before the submission deadline. Original bid security and additional security in the form of call deposit receipt must be submitted physically through registered post or courier. Non-refundable bidding document fee of Rs. 2,000 in the form of CDR is mandatory. Technical bids will be opened at 10:30 hours on 22 June 2026 in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Financial bid opening shall be announced after technical evaluation and financial bids of unqualified bidders shall remain unopened. Bidders must be registered with KPRA with active status. Evaluation shall be carried out according to eligibility technical and financial criteria contained in the bidding documents.
