Fabrication Municipal Sanitation Vehicles Tender Notice
Description
Fabrication of sanitation vehicles including two mini dumpers of 1 to 1.5 cubic meter capacity one front loader and backhoe unit and two hydraulic tipping trolleys of five ton capacity. Chassis shall be supplied by the procuring entity. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure requiring separate technical and financial bids. Bidders must possess NTN GST valid PEC registration and specialized fabrication codes ME05 and ME06. Technical and financial bids shall be uploaded through EPADS and technical profile brochures submitted physically. Bidding document fee is Rs. 5000. Original bid security and additional security if applicable must be submitted physically before bid closing. Technical bids will open on 24 June 2026 at 11:30 AM while financial bid opening shall be announced after technical evaluation.
